This bar was purchased for myself as I have shoulder injuries that prevent use of a traditional straight bar for squatting, I'm 5ft 5in and medium to large frame but unfortunately the width of the arms on the bar makes it sit on the top of my arms. I have to put my elbows out at the side to try and stop it running down my arms. I've only been able to manage 15kg each side and be able to perform a deep squat or it slides down and I can't keep it on, I'm trying to get a smaller neck pad to see if it will help the stability but it's a shame as the bar is really well made
