It works. Others grizzle about the flimsy blade, and it DOES require a bit of getting used to, especially if you get it jammed when the branch starts to flex. But a bit of trial and error soon sorts it out. Adjusting the angle of the cut enabled me to use it for light pruning to provide browsing material for my goats, but it has also coped well with storm damaged branches of four to five inches width. It's light and easy to use and so much easier than carrying a petrol driven pole saw.

Bought to take thin limbs from a tree I needed removing and just kept going at it with ease. Went through 3 Inch wood easily and even got it through 6 inch with effort. The curve of the blade rested nicely on the very high stuff and made cutting easy and I used it at full stretch with no problem. Great tool, great price far cheaper than Amazon in fact half the price for an almost identical product. I would definitely recommend.

In the past I've used a couple far more expensive, extendable saws to prune. This saw is a bargain. The sections screw together and there is a spring-loaded locking pin for each section. Two very sharp blades are included, along with one plastic blade cover and a very nice canvas case. Over the past few days I used it to prune up to 4\" limbs as much as 18' high. There were four more sections that I did not use (start low and work up). Honestly this is a bargain, probably saving me $1000 in professional services. Now I am a pro!

For the price its pretty sturdy, sharp and easy to assemble.

The main problem I have had is that the pole seems very flexible at mid to long reach think the fiberglass need to be thicker so stiffer as it's very hard to get the saw to high branches
