First order was fine. Decided to order another one the same - nightmare..New order placed and paid for 6th March2024. Ordered item - LOST IN TRANSIT- no communication as to why or what to do about it. Eventually offered refund for end of March which duly arrived. No explanation as to missing item.I want to reorder same item but am dreading same scenario. Please confirm I won’t have same ordeal, in writing, so that I can reorder with confidence.
