This replaces an old Clarke MMA welder that was about 20 years old, so the performance difference is massive. I have only stick welded so far but I'm very happy with the results. The accessories are a bit cheap, but I'm sure they would get someone started if the didn't already have any kit but I would recommend a full face mask though for anyone planning on welding.
