I had no problem assembling the tub. It fits inside my guest bathtub perfectly. It is light enough that if I have company, I can easily move it.

After some initial delivery issues which caused a 2 week delay, I received the package incredibly well wrapped on a half-pallet in a very strong corrugated box. Upon opening, everything was incredibly well wrapped and in perfect condition. There is an A5 size handbook to help you put it all together which between myself and my wife took just a little over an hour. All the holes for the bolts matched up perfectly and they even provided a basic spanner & screwdriver in the bag but I personally prefer my own tools. I have read that some people have said the sliding door edges were sharp but I did not experience that issue with this item so they may have improved upon that. All of the edges were clean and neatly welded together. There are two items which are a bit poor and this is the only reason why I deducted one star for the quality. The first of these is the "Pull Out Steps" which to be honest would be far better if it was a pull out ramp for the dog to walk along and into the bath because the steps are incredibly narrow and small and my dog does not like them at all. The second poor item is the drain hose underneath the bath which is a flexible corrugated pipe which I didn't use so discarded it and fitted a permenant plastic "U-Bend" pipe instead which worked perfectly. This was also better for my own setup due to placement of the item. The bath also comes with a lift out layer as well which you don't see in the online pictures so that if for instance you only had a very small dog or you only wanted to wash your dogs paws then you can insert this drop-in steel sheet (which has handles and drain holes in it) and your dog can stand/sit on this instead - I thought this was a great idea. Overall, I am impressed with the product but it is VERY important that you read the website information carefully and measure your dog following the guide to ensure they will fit in it.

I am very pleased with this dog bath I don’t own a salon but my dogs love running around in my muddy garden so I use it mainly for their paws It’s so easy to use and my dogs seem calm in it

Other than having to figure out how to assemble this is a 5. Dogs loved it and NO more bending down in the shower too wash them.

Beautiful extra large tub with sliding door with magnet lock, removable raised floor crate for smaller pets and hide-away stairs. Absolutely awful assembly instructions. I luckily had my boyfriend’s help and it was really just a snap on and screw on but very poorly written instructions. Step 8 was literally “Install the gloves” haha. Assembly wasn’t difficult, but definitely time consuming due to the extra large crate that it comes delivered in that you have to remove the top with either a screwdriver, drill, or crow bar. There is also plastic wrap on every piece and is super annoying to remove. The piping, facet, and hose that it comes with for the drain is super cheap and will be replaced before use for sure! All other features are great. Mine came with a set of bathing gloves (pink) 2 different sized red balls and 2 slip leads for the tub - Nice add ons. Highly recommend for new groomers on a budget for a tub but will need upgrades to make perfect!

This dog grooming tub came in a wooden crate, you would figure being packed in a wooden crate would’ve protected it very well during shipping. Unfortunately the shipper damaged the crate with a forklift scratching the tub. Besides that disappointment, I have found this tub to be very well-made. Everything lined up perfectly, the fit and finish is not perfect on some parts, there are some very sloppy welds on the seams. I would definitely recommend this tub however beware the shipper can leave your item on the loading dock for two weeks without contacting you then deliver a damaged item. And as I mentioned cosmetically it is not perfect.

Fast and friendly shipping. Heavy, so be ready for that. Tub assembly was easy, but zero instructions included. I had to use replacement screws to mount the basket to the side, provided screws were too short. Sharp edges, so be careful, but that_ how stainless works. I have bathed my pups a few times in the first week. This is installed in my partially finished basement with smooth concrete floor, so I_ able to let them play outside in the mud, and rinse off the mud without breaking my back or soaking everything with a water hose. Worth every penny so far. Plumbing will take time and money, so if you_e not a DIYer, expect to pay. I had $200 in material alone (but I overdo everything). Bottom line, if you have space, plumbing in place (like replacing a utility sink) and the need for bathing animals, this is a win. We love it.
