A fantastic addition to my commercial kitchen. Has saved valuable time in vegetable prep and is good value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

This piece of kit has changed my life. It has reduced my prep time by half. Great for peppers, leeks, mushrooms, butternut squash. Easy to clean. 2 sets of blades. So you can double them up to get 3/16” or use just one set for 1/4”.

This slicer comes with two blades, it took a while but we realized one blade is one size but add the second blade and it is a size smaller. We have used this for onions and potatoes so far. Pear season is coming up and we will use it for that as well. It is heavy, so storing on a waist-level shelf is good, but it really works great.
