This reel looks good and was easy enough to install. Can't really comment on durability and quality as has only used a couple of times. One possible issue I have noticed is, when pulled out the hose tries to maintain it coil (wrapped up) form which causes it to kink.

This hose is brilliant, easy to set up and use. Reaches every part of my garden, wouldn't buy anything else. Excellent service, delivery and quality, cannot fault anything.

100% Ace brill! Arrived quickly, good quality for the price. Works well and looks good! I bit hard for the wife to pull out to its full extent, but she will get used to that in time.

Good quality unit. Hose is sturdy and has not kinked or got twisted. The hose is a bit heavy when fully retracted, but the rewind mechanism works well.

I bought this retractable hose for the garden after looking at all the other ones on line and decided to give it a go, very pleased that I did as it is a great product easy to use good price, much cheaper than any other brand, I would definitely recommend it

This is a fantastic hosepipe. I waited a long time and bought many others because i thought the cost of a really good one, like this, would not be affordable. I was wrong. Ive wasted so much money on inferior products that were so difficult for me to use, as i am disabled. I have finally got a very strong, well made and fantastic hosepipe. It looks nice and retracts back into the case so easily. I cannot recommend this enough.

Ive had a couple of these over the years from different manufacturers but I must say so far this one has outshone the others. easy to pull out smooth mechanism and rewinds itself nicely. Highly Recommended
